Sales Representative - Construction Sealants & Adhesives

Who We Are

SUPCON ADHESIVE PTY LTD is a Melbourne-based wholesaler and supplier of high-performance building sealants and construction adhesives. We serve local builders, tradespeople and hardware retailers across Australia. Our business is steadily expanding, and we are seeking a proactive Sales Representative to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a full-time sales role focused on new business development and existing account management. You will work independently to acquire new customers, maintain long-term customer relationships, and meet individual sales targets.

- Identify, approach and develop new customer relationships, including builders, tradespeople, hardware stores and distributors
- Manage existing customer relationships and drive ongoing business growth
- Prepare quotes, conduct product presentations and follow up leads to close sales
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide regular feedback to the team
- Maintain accurate sales records and track personal sales performance





A 3-month probationary period applies to this role.

About You

- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred. Experience selling building products is advantageous but not essential.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia. No employer sponsorship is available.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Self-motivated, organised and capable of working independently
- Goal-driven with good time management and problem-solving skills
