Decide where and how you work

Your experience developing leaders, applied to independent work in personal development: remote, independent and performance-based.

You would build your own pipeline of enquiries for our leadership education and personal development programmes and lead each conversation through to a decision, using a proven system, templates and training.

What you'd get:

Day to day:

- Run marketing activity using the systems and templates provided, refining what works with your own judgement
- Build and manage your own enquiry process, from first contact through to a decision
- Lead calls with enquirers, answering questions with credibility and warmth
- Track your results and adjust your approach independently




- Take part in senior-level training and ongoing development sessions

Who it's for:

10+ years in leadership training, coaching, facilitation or organisational development, used to leading conversations with senior people and building trust quickly. Comfortable with autonomy and accountable for your own results. A genuine interest in personal development is helpful.

How the work happens:

Remote and independent, with a minimum of 15 hours a week needed to build this. This is not a traditional salaried position. It is an independent contractor chance, and applicants should be comfortable working autonomously and taking responsibility for their own performance and results. Performance-based earning structure; income is not guaranteed.
