What you'll do

- Lead projects end to end, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to specification.
- Manage relationships with clients, internal teams, subcontractors and vendors.
- Drive project governance, risk management and continuous improvement.
- Oversee procurement, logistics and project delivery across multiple sites.
- Mentor and support project team members, fostering accountability and high performance.




- Partner with pre-sales teams on project scoping, estimating and solution planning.

What you'll bring

- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technology or construction projects.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing project budgets, risks and resources.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and manage expectations under pressure.
- Robust organisational skills and confidence using project management tools, reporting and documentation.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice to have

- Experience in the audio visual (AV), workplace technology or systems integration industry.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
- A degree or diploma in project management, engineering, construction management, IT or a related discipline.
