We are recruiting for a Family Lawyer or a Commercial Litigation Lawyer. Multiple roles are available and we are recruiting all levels from Law Graduates to Senior Litigator s.

—About the Rol e—

You will work closely with the Directors taking ownership of your own matters. You will work within our Commercial Litigation or Family Law Divisio n.

Within our Commercial Litigation division, you will work in the below area s:

- Insolvency & Bankruptcy Litigati on • Debt Recove ry • Building & Construction L aw • ACL clai ms • Contract disput es • Property disput es • Estate Litigati on • commercial disput es

Within our Family Law division, you will work in the below area s:
- family law litigati on • property settlements (incl, BFAs and Consent Order s) • parenting matte rs • binding child support agreemen ts

This role offers real responsibility and the ability to run matters end‑to‑end — with support where needed, but without micromanagemen t.

No two matters (or days) are the same.



You’ll have room to think strategically, contribute ideas, and develop your litigation skills in a firm that values efficiency, technology and outcomes over unnecessary proces s.

- Running litigation matters end‑to‑e nd • Advising clients on all aspects of litigati on • Drafting court documents, correspondence and other documen ts • Conducting negotiations, mediations and conferenc es • Appearing in cou rt • Managing files proactively to progress matters efficient ly • Working directly with clients to deliver clear, practical advi ce

—About Yo u—

You ar e: • Admitted as an Australian lawyer (preferably QL

D) • Experienced (or developing experience) in family law or commercial litigati on • Solutions‑focus ed • Confident communicating directly with clien ts • Organised, driven and able to manage your own fil es • Comfortable taking ownership and exercising judgme nt

Experience level is flexible — we are open to all levels (junior to senior lawyers) where the fit is righ t.
