At HIFraser, we're looking for a Storeperson to join our Repair & Overhaul East team in Warriewood, Sydney.

This role will suit someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, staying organised, supporting project delivery, and working closely with technical, procurement and workshop teams.

Working across our warehouse and workshop operations, you'll support the efficient receipt, storage, movement, picking, packing and dispatch of goods and materials that support critical engineering, repair and overhaul projects. Approximately 90% of the role is hands-on warehouse activities, with the remaining time supporting inventory control, logistics coordination and documentation activities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Receiving deliveries and moving goods to the appropriate staging, storage or inspection areas.
- Assisting with goods receipting, labelling, stock identification and warehouse organisation.
- Picking parts, preparing kits and staging materials for workshop, procurement and service teams.
- Supporting stock movements, cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory accuracy activities.
- Packing, labelling and preparing goods for dispatch in accordance with customer and company requirements.
- Assisting with freight preparation, shipment handovers and warehouse logistics activities.
- Maintaining accurate warehouse records and supporting documentation requirements.
- Supporting project logistics requirements across repair, overhaul and engineering activities.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse environment whilst contributing to a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.

About You

You may currently be working as a Storeperson, Warehouse Operator, Logistics Assistant,



Warehouse Assistant, Dispatch Officer, Inventory Controller, Forklift Operator or in a similar warehouse or stores-based role.

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics, inventory, dispatch or similar hands-on environment.
- A current driver's licence and forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A practical, hands-on approach and ability to perform manual warehouse tasks.
- Valuable organisational skills and the ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and confidence working with warehouse documentation.
- A strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to teamwork.
- An awareness of safe manual handling and workplace safety practices.
- The ability to work independently whilst supporting multiple operational priorities.
