The role

- We’re looking for a hungry, talented midweight UI/UX Designer with a sharp eye and plenty of ambition.
- From major website rollouts to punchy campaign microsites, you’ll work alongside our Design Director and some of the best devs in the world to bring your designs to life.
- You’ll turn briefs into thoughtful user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and polished designs. You’ll care about how things work as much as how they look, and collaborate closely with our team from first concept through to launch.




- This is a full-time role based in either New Zealand or Australia, with a mix of studio time (Christchurch and Sydney) and working from home.

What you’ll bring
- Proven digital design experience and absolute proficiency in Figma.
- A portfolio with case studies of beautiful, user-centred websites and digital experiences.
- A robust grasp of typography, layout, responsive design and usability.
- The ability to explain your thinking, take feedback and keep pushing the work.
- Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to get stuck in.
- Agency experience
- Understanding of Webflow is a bonus.
