Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Maadi, QLD. This position is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to promote products and services, qualify leads, and close sales while meeting daily and weekly targets.

The Telesales

Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and record accurate details in the CRM or call logging systems. Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, maintaining a structured call schedule, supporting customers with basic troubleshooting or account questions, and escalating complex issues when needed. The role also involves working closely with the sales and customer support teams,



participating in training sessions, and continuously improving call scripts and sales techniques.

Qualifications

- Robust customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, to handle inquiries and build positive, long-term relationships.
- Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to deliver clear product explanations, manage objections, and document call outcomes.
- Proven Sales skills to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and convert calls into successful sales while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Training experience or the ability to learn quickly and apply Training received to refine call handling, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Prior telesales, call center, or inside sales experience is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with consistent follow-through.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
