About the role

You will play an important role in providing safe, supportive accommodation for women experiencing homelessness. Through compassion, consistency and genuine connection, you will create a welcoming environment where residents feel valued, build confidence and work towards a more stable future. Be part of a dedicated team where even the smallest moments can make a meaningful difference.

The role follows a rotating two-week roster, including day, afternoon, overnight and sleepover shifts. Two part-time hours options are available: 72 or 68 hours per fortnight.

About you

You know how to build trust without judgement, set healthy boundaries and bring a bit of humanity to every interaction. You will also understand that great support isn’t about doing everything for someone, it’s about walking alongside them and helping them find their own way forward. Your key experience will include:

- Certificate III in Community Services or similar (desirable)
- Experience supporting people in residential, community services, family and domestic violence, homelessness or similar human services environments
- An understanding of trauma-informed, person-centred and strengths-based practice
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive therapeutic relationships
- Confidence with documentation, case notes, incident reporting and using MS Office/online systems
- A current Driver’s Licence




- A current First Aid Certificate
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
