About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and cutting-edge Front-End Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will design, develop and maintain modern web applications, with a primary focus on front-end development. You will work closely with product managers, designers and fellow developers to translate concepts and designs into responsive, accessible and user-friendly digital experiences.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of digital products in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will help deliver reliable, high-quality software while supporting continuous improvement across development practices and user experiences.



The role is suited to a developer who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving practical problems and is keen to keep learning as technologies and customer needs evolve.

Qualifications

You will bring at least three years of experience in front-end software or web development and a solid working knowledge of relevant technologies, including JavaScript and React.

Experience with Node.js is valuable, while knowledge of C# is desirable. You should be confident interpreting Figma designs and implementing them as responsive interfaces, with attention to visual detail, usability and quality.

A sound understanding of user experience principles, front-end testing and quality assurance will help you succeed.

Experience working in an Agile development environment is also beneficial. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to build effective working relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A customer-focused approach, curiosity about emerging technologies and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes are important.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance and maintain modern web applications and front-end components.
- Collaborate with product managers,



designers and developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Translate Figma designs into responsive, user-friendly interfaces that reflect agreed specifications and user experience standards.
- Test front-end functionality, participate in code reviews, debug issues and support timely resolution.
- Contribute to quality assurance and help ensure digital products are consistent, reliable and easy to use.
- Identify opportunities to improve development practices, processes and technology solutions.
- Share technical information clearly with colleagues and stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Keep informed about relevant industry trends and technologies, and apply useful learnings to your work.
