Archive Beer Boutique & Bistro is on the lookout for a passionate, reliable and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our kitchen team in the heart of West End.

We're a busy, established venue known for our craft beers, relaxed atmosphere and quality bistro food. We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to learn.

THE ROLE

Working alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team, you'll be responsible for:

- Preparing and delivering consistently high-quality meals.
- Managing your section efficiently during busy services.
- Maintaining excellent food presentation and consistency.
- Following food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures.
- Contributing to a positive, organized and productive kitchen environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous experience as a Chef in a busy pub,



bistro or restaurant.
- Relevant commercial cookery qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Strong cooking skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work a roster that includes evenings and weekends.
