Position Description:

Trades Assistant

- Assisting the team with mobilisation and de-mobilisation duties as required.
- Fulfilling necessary yard maintenance duties.
- Cleaning & Maintaining Tooling as per RMS policies & procedures.
- General housekeeping duties as required.
- Thorough detailing and presentation of Richglen fleet vehicles.

Team Responsibilities

- Provide assistance and team members in the day to day and ongoing function of the business, in order to deliver efficiencies to Richglen Maintenance Services.
- Flexible and willing to undertake various requested tasks,



even those occasionally beyond the scope of Supply and Logistics responsibilities
- Comply with HSEQ Roles and Responsibilities of Richglen Maintenance Services.

In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
- Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards or workplace behaviour in completing job duties and assignments.
- Follow all reasonable and lawful directions given by the Management Team, which may include performing administrative duties as needed.

Experience

- Background in fleet maintenance and/or detailing desirable.
- Experience in a Trade Assistant position desirable.

Education / Qualifications

- Current C Class Drivers Licence (Manual preferred)
- Forklift Licence (Desirable)

Specialised Knowledge and Skills

- High attention to detail
- Prior exposure to customer service
- Evidence of multitasking and problem solving
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Skilled in fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
