ME Medical Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Senior Staff Specialist / Staff Specialist – Anaesthesia to deliver high-quality anaesthetic and obstetric services, including general, regional, and epidural/spinal anaesthesia. This role offers a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership position, providing clinical governance and oversight of GP Anaesthetists, the Anaesthetic Team, Pre-Admission Clinic, and High Dependency Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive anaesthetic services across a diverse range of cases.
- Provide leadership and direction to anaesthetic teams and associated units.
- Participate in peer review, education, and anaesthetic meetings.
- Contribute to the out-of-hours on-call roster.

Position Details:

- Salary Range: $210,332 – $266,677 per annum
- Total Remuneration: Up to $528,444 p.a. (inclusive of allowances and benefits)

About You:

- MBBS or equivalent, eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and CME programs.
