At Beaumont Tiles, we’re all about helping customers create spaces they love. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our Rockhampton team on a permanent part time basis.

The Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll be part of the team delivering a welcoming and personalised experience for every customer.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Providing friendly and knowledgeable service to customers
- Helping customers find products that suit their needs, style and budget
- Creating quotes and processing sales orders
- Building strong relationships with retail and trade customers
- Identifying opportunities to recommend complementary products
- Developing your knowledge across our extensive product range
- Helping maintain an inviting and well-presented showroom




- Working together with the team to achieve sales targets

About You

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating a great customer experience. You’ll bring:

- A friendly, confident and approachable nature
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for sales and customer service
- An interest in interiors, renovations and home improvement
- The ability to learn new products and systems
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Previous retail or sales experience would be highly regarded

Your Hours

This is a permanent part-time position working:

- Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm
