Apex Transport And Distribution – Rocklea QLD We are seeking a Depot/Operations Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on Leadership Role, responsible for supervising the day-to-day warehouse and freight handling operations, ensuring safe, efficient and on-time dispatch of freight while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities
include: AM Fleet Control, 10+ vehicles Supervise daily depot and transport fleet operations including scheduling, routing, dispatch, and freight movement Ensure secure operations and compliance with transport regulations, OHS requirements, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Lead, roster, train, coach, and develop drivers, and depot staff Maintain Bulk and PUD fleet task allocation to meet or exceed DIFOT targets while managing costs Supervise Loading and unloading trucks in the warehouse/depot You must be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol testing) prior to commencement.
