About the Role
Lead sales volume, gross profit, and overall dealership performance Drive finance, insurance, and car care penetration across all vehicle sales Monitor KPIs, lead conversion, and sales processes to maximise opportunities Implement effective lead management and follow-up strategies Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve team performance Lead & Develop the Sales Team Coach, mentor, and develop sales consultants to achieve their full potential Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture Assist with recruitment, onboarding,
