The Coles Group is seeking a Store Leader in Geraldton to drive day-to-day customer service and front-of-house operations. You’ll oversee checkouts, the service desk and store presentation, while leading a team to achieve sales targets and maintain safety standards.
You’ll foster a one-team culture, focus on health and wellbeing, and continually enhance the shopping experience for our diverse customer base. This is a full-time, in office role within the Coles network.
