We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Services Supervisors within the construction industry who have worked with Tier 1 contractors.

Multiple opportunities are available across both hospital campuses, and we're keen to connect with individuals who demonstrate strong technical expertise and a proven track record in successful project delivery.

These positions are based on a permanent night shift roster,



supporting critical construction activities outside standard project operating hours. Candidates must be willing and able to work ongoing night shifts as a core requirement of the role.

About the Project

Webuild is delivering the design and construction of the New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two significant healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.

What you will bring to the project:

- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Building Services within the building and construction industry
Experience working on hospital or health related projects (highly advantageous)
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant trade discipline
- Strong ability to influence, manage and build relationships with engineering, consulting and construction stakeholders
- Experience coordinating services design, installation, commissioning and authority approvals on complex projects
- Strong planning, problem solving and decision-making capability, with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic or fast changing environments
- Proven experience managing subcontractors, technical documentation and multidisciplinary coordination
- Availability and commitment to work a permanent night shift roster
