An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join a highly regarded, established engineering consultancy in Sydney.

With a strong pipeline of major building projects and a busy, well-established team, our client is looking for a capable, hands-on Structural Engineer who enjoys running projects, working directly with clients and taking ownership of design and delivery.

The Role

Working within an experienced structural engineering team, you will be involved in a diverse range of commercial, residential and complex multi-storey building projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading structural design and delivery across multiple building projects
- Managing projects from concept through to construction
- Attending client meetings and liaising with architects, builders and other consultants
- Providing technical direction and practical engineering solutions
- Coordinating project deliverables, programmes and resources
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to the success of the team

About You





We are keen to speak with Structural Engineers who have:

- Strong structural design experience (preferably within the Australian buildings sector)
- Proven experience independently running building projects
- Experience working on multi-storey, commercial or high-rise developments
- Strong technical capability, ideally including ETABS
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- A practical, commercially minded approach to engineering
- A collaborative attitude and an interest in mentoring junior engineers
