Bright Force Electrical is seeking a Residential Service Electrician (Tradesman) – Sales & Customer Facing to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

- Attend scheduled appointments - Head out to residential electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and service jobs across Sydney.
- Diagnose and inspect - Identify electrical faults, safety concerns, and installation issues, spotting opportunities for repairs and upgrades along the way.
- Present clear solutions - Walk customers through upfront, fixed-price quotations and confidently communicate the value of recommended work.
- Convert enquiries into jobs - Turn appointments and opportunities into approved work, including additional services and upgrades where genuinely needed.
- Complete smaller jobs on-site - Get hands-on and finish practical repairs directly during the appointment.
- Document and coordinate - Prepare accurate quotes,



job notes, and photos using ServiceM8 and company systems, then coordinate approved installation work with the office and installation team.
- Own your results - Take pride in tracking personal sales performance, conversion rates, and customer experience.

Who are they looking for?

- Licensed and road-ready - A current NSW Electrical Licence and valid NSW Driver's Licence are required for this role.
- Strong technical foundation - Solid residential electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience is essential.
- Great communicator - Strong communication and customer service skills are needed, with the confidence to explain electrical problems and recommend solutions in simple terms.
- Professional and self-driven - A professional presentation, customer-first attitude, and a self-motivated, organised, results-driven approach will help someone thrive here.
- Comfortable working independently - The ability to manage a daily schedule and take ownership of appointments is important.
- English language skills - Strong English communication is required to clearly explain technical issues and quotations to customers.
- Sales experience is a bonus - Prior experience as an electrical sales technician or service technician, with a track record of hitting sales targets,



would be an advantage, though candidates with no prior sales experience are welcomed to apply.
- Quoting tech savviness - Familiarity with ServiceM8, Flat Rate Now, or similar job management and quoting tools would be helpful.
- On-site closing confidence - Experience presenting fixed-price quotations and closing sales directly with customers is a plus.
- White Card preferred - Holding a White Card is preferred but not essential.
