Our client is a well-established organisation delivering major projects across Australia. With a strong pipeline of work and exciting developments across the business, they are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their team. This role will be for a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension / permanency.

With significant growth across multiple business units, this is an exciting chance to play a key role in shaping and strengthening HR functions, processes and structures as the business continues to evolve.

This position is ideal for someone who is ambitious and proactive, who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes pride in building strong HR foundations and is passionate about making a genuine impact on the business.

Duties and Tasks

- Partnering with senior leaders and having the trust of your team to Advise in HR matters
- Providing clear, practical advice on employee relations, industrial relations and performance matters




- Supporting organisational initiatives and business priorities as they arise
- Contributing to people strategies that make sense for the business
- Applying policies and legislation in a consistent, sensible way

About You

- Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role
- Experience with employee and industrial relations highly desirable
- Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written to key stakeholders
- Strong attention to details and problem solving skills

What's On Offer

- $85 - $95 per hour + super - dependent on experience
- Ability to start ASAP
- Mon to Fri - 8hr day - 40hr working week
- Fremantle location!
