Ozland Mining Services is in a period of growth and we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team, based in our head office located in Forrestdale.

The right Candidate will have the ability, willingness and initiative to undertake a wide range of administrative and recruitment tasks.
This position is an intermediate-level role with the potential for growth.
About You
You are passionate about HR and Recruitment, ambitious, proactive, organised and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. To succeed in this role, you will require excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Whether you are completing data entry, contacting potential candidates, or liaising with clients, you are happy to help out in all areas of the business.
The Role
- Consult with Hiring Managers on Labour Requirements
- Source Applicants via SEEK and Talent Search
- Coordinate and conduct on-boarding tasks, including but not limited to issuing Employment Contracts and booking Medicals
- Update Employee Records as required
- Recruitment and Mobilisation tasks as required
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working within the mining industry will be advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and meet changing business requirements
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems – Page Up Desirable
