Daracon Group brings together a range of businesses to deliver integrated civil construction services to a diverse group of clients. We’re looking for a motivated Bid Coordinator to join our estimating team and support the preparation of compliant, compelling submissions that help secure current work across the Group.
In this entry-level role, you’ll support bid submissions from initial planning through to lodgement, maintain our bid library, and help develop high-quality proposals for projects across the Group. Working closely with the Bid Delivery Lead, estimators and internal contributors, you’ll coordinate information, manage competing deadlines and help ensure every submission is accurate, consistent and professionally presented. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full bid process while developing your writing, design and organisational skills.
