The Opportunity

Ready to step into shipping and logistics with full training provided? We’re seeking a National Bookings Officer to support export bookings through accurate coordination and system updates.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, managing information and getting the details right. Whether your background is in administration, customer service, data entry, coordination or logistics, you’ll be supported with comprehensive training to set you up for success.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and update export bookings in internal systems

- Review booking details to ensure information is complete and correct

- Assist with customer booking requests and amendments

- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm availability and requirements

- Communicate booking updates and amendments to relevant teams

- Ensure bookings are processed within required deadlines

- Maintain a high level of accuracy to support smooth operational outcomes

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience in customer service, administration, coordination or data-focused roles

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Transparent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- A reliable,



proactive approach and willingness to learn

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

- Previous shipping or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential
