About the role

Join our young team of ambitious creators and marketers as a Videographer to capture and tell authentic stories that build personal brands, our journey together, and the story behind Sunni Scenes. We're looking for someone who understands the power of asking the right questions and storytelling, not just someone who can film and edit videos.

Key responsibilities

- Content planning: Proactively research, brainstorm and develop storytelling ideas, questions and filming concepts

- Interviewing: Lead natural conversations, ask engaging questions and dig deeper to uncover interesting stories

- Filming: Independently plan and film high-quality short-form and long-form content, including interviews, lifestyle footage, travel, behind-the-scenes and product content

- Editing: Turn raw footage into engaging, well-paced short-form and long-form videos with strong hooks, storytelling, captions, music and professional editing

- Paid and organic content: Create versatile content suitable for both organic social media and paid advertising campaigns

- Content repurposing: Identify multiple pieces of content from a single filming session, including short-form Reels and TikToks, as well as longer-form storytelling videos for YouTube and other platforms

- Creative direction: Understand what makes content engaging,



what stops people scrolling and how to tell stories that build emotional connections

- Travel and adventures: Be available to capture content outside the office, including day trips, outdoor adventures and potentially interstate or international travel

- Content organisation: Manage footage, organise files and build a library of content that can be used across personal and business accounts

- Brand consistency: Ensure content reflects the personalities, values and visual identity of both personal brands and Sunni Scenes

About you

- Someone who can ask thoughtful questions, dig deeper into answers and uncover stories

- Ability to lead natural conversations while filming

- Proactive and takes initiative to identify ideas without relying on others to come up with everything

- Versatile and happy to get involved wherever they can add value

- Experience with high-quality short-form and long-form content creation

- Understanding of what makes content engaging and how to build emotional connections

- Ability to manage the entire creative process, from identifying an idea to delivering finished content ready to publish

- Experience with content performance analysis and continuous improvement
