Are you passionate about working with babies and creating a calm, nurturing environment where our littlest learners can thrive?

At Little Seeds Early Learning, we are looking for a dedicated, experienced and compassionate Nursery Room Leader to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone who genuinely loves working with children aged 0–2 years, understands the unique demands of a nursery environment and has the patience, confidence and leadership skills to create a nurturing, well-organised and supportive room.

Why Little Seeds is different

We understand that caring for babies requires time, patience, consistency and meaningful connections. That's why we've intentionally designed our nursery to provide a more personalised approach to early childhood education and care.

What makes our nursery special:

- Small, intimate nursery: A maximum of just 8 babies, allowing educators to build genuine relationships with every child and family.

- Above-ratio staffing: We intentionally roster additional educators beyond minimum ratio requirements, recognising the physical and emotional demands of caring for infants and toddlers.

- Quality over quantity: Our approach prioritises unhurried routines, responsive caregiving and individual attention.

- Supportive working environment: We believe that when educators feel supported, children receive the very best care.

- Respectful, relationship-based care: Our philosophy is inspired by RIE principles, supporting children's independence, emotional security and individual development.

Join a centre that values its educators
