Signlab is an established Adelaide signage company that has been delivering quality signage solutions since 1992. With a team of 25 skilled professionals, we specialise in everything from large scale illuminated signage and LED screens to vehicle wraps, architectural signage and commercial branding.

We’re looking for a practical, organised and detail oriented person to join our team as a Signage Site Surveyor & Technical Support.

This is a hands on role supporting our busy sales team by attending customer sites, taking accurate measurements, assessing installation requirements and gathering the technical information needed to ensure projects run smoothly.

About the Role

Working closely with our sales, design and production teams, your responsibilities will include:

- Attending customer sites throughout Adelaide and surrounding areas.

- Taking accurate site measurements for all types of signage projects.

- Photographing and documenting site conditions.

- Assessing installation requirements, access and potential challenges.

- Identifying requirements for elevated work platforms, electrical connections and structural considerations.

- Preparing clear site survey reports, including measurements, photographs and technical notes.

- Assisting our sales team with technical information for quotations.

- Liaising with our designers, fabricators and installers to ensure job specifications are accurate.

- Identifying potential issues before jobs enter production.





- Providing practical solutions to help projects run efficiently.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable and confident working independently.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Experience in the signage industry.

- Strong measuring skills and excellent attention to detail.

- The ability to read and understand basic plans and drawings.

- Good problem solving skills and practical thinking.

- Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues.

- Excellent computer skills and the ability to prepare clear reports.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

- A current Australian driver’s licence.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
