Now hiring 2 roles: Salon Assistant/Apprentice Salon & Coordinator/Receptionist

We're growing, and we're after two great people to join a team that loves great hair, great service, and a salon that runs on systems (not chaos). Apply for one role, or tell us if you'd be open to either.

Role 1: Salon Assistant/Apprentice Hairdresser

Our current apprentices are moving on up, which means it's your turn to get a foot in the door.

Role 2: Salon Coordinator/Receptionist

You're the first face clients see and the person who keeps the salon running smoothly. If you love people, love being organised, and get a buzz from a full appointment book, this one's for you.

What you'll do:

- Greet clients, check them in and out, and handle payments (POS)

- Manage the appointment book: bookings, rebookings, filling gaps and keeping the day flowing

- Answer phones, emails and DMs professionally and promptly

- Help clients book the right services and add-ons

- Support the team to hit daily and weekly salon targets

- Keep stock levels in check and help with ordering

- Keep the front desk and retail area looking beautiful

- Help with admin, filing,



and occasional packing and shipping for our online shops

- Be part of our leadership team, helping keep the salon running at its best

- Help organise our advertising campaigns

- Help put together our monthly newsletter and gather content for it

- Collect reviews from our clients

- Look after the little things that make the client experience special, like keeping us stocked with teacups, refreshments and salon supplies

You'll thrive here if you:

- Are warm, well-spoken and great on the phone

- Are super organised and love a system

- Take initiative and don't wait to be asked

- Understand what amazing customer service really looks like

- Can handle client feedback, both positive and negative, calmly and professionally

- Are computer literate. You don't need to be a tech whiz, but you'll need some computer experience

- Have reception, coordinator or customer service experience (salon experience is a bonus)

- Bonus: you're handy with Canva or content creation
