At Aspire2 Wealth Advisers, we know how valuable good Planning Assistants are. We're looking for an experienced Planning Assistant or client service professional to join our Perth team.

This is a great opportunity to put your existing industry knowledge and client service experience to good use in a role designed for someone who enjoys the client service and support side of financial planning and is looking to build their career in this space.

What you'll be doing

Working alongside our Advisers and support team, you'll help ensure our clients receive the service and attention they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a point of contact for clients and responding to day-to-day enquiries

- Assisting with a broad range of client service requests and ongoing matters

- Handling the implementation of client recommendations

- Following up outstanding requirements with clients, super funds, investment providers and insurers

- Maintaining client records, tasks and file notes in Xplan

- Providing general client service and administrative support to our Advisers

A little about you

You'll have a good understanding of how a financial planning practice operates and be comfortable dealing with clients, Advisers and external providers.

We're looking for someone who:





- Enjoys building relationships and helping clients

- Is confident communicating over the phone and by email

- Is organised, reliable and good at following things through

- Has strong attention to detail

- Is comfortable using their experience and initiative when a client request doesn't fit neatly into a standard process

- Is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

- Takes pride in providing great client service

Previous experience in financial planning is essential, with Xplan experience highly regarded.

The opportunity

We're ideally looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis, however we're open to discussing part-time hours for the right candidate.

Salary starting from $70,000 + super, negotiable depending on experience and working arrangements.
