Start date: ASAP
What you get
- $75,000 during the 3-month trial, then $80,000 + super
- Annual bonus and Christmas bonus
- A reliable 40–45 hour week
- A real say in running the pub, and a path to Venue Manager as we expand
What you'll do
- Run shifts, open and close
- Lead and train the bar, bistro and gaming team
- Look after functions in our Level One space, plus golf days, fishing trips, pool and darts comps and our 150-person NRL tipping comp
- Help shape the cocktail and beer list
You'll have
- NSW RSA and RCG
- 2+ years as a Duty Manager or senior supervisor in a pub or club (TAB and gaming a plus)
- A calm, hands-on, people-first style
