THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking professional, organised and client-focused Family Lawyers and Estate Lawyers to join our practice in Mandurah. This role offers either part-time or full-time hours for the right candidate.

As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional client service while providing practical, strategic and timely legal advice and representation in family law and estate matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team and takes pride in delivering high-quality work and outcomes with a calm, professional approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients in family law and/or estate matters
• able to manage files from initial instructions through to finalisation, including court appearances where required
• Draft and prepare correspondence, court documents, submissions, agreements, and associated legal materials
• Take instructions, prepare briefs, and liaise with counsel where appropriate
• Manage wills, probate/letters of administration and estate administration matters (where applicable)
• Assist clients with sensitive, personal matters with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate file management and record keeping, including time recording and file notes
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts and other stakeholders
• Contribute to a positive team culture

ABOUT YOU
• Admitted (or eligible for immediate admission) as a legal practitioner in Western Australia
• Previous experience in family law and/or estates is desirable; however, we also welcome applicants with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in building a career in these practice areas
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and client-focused approach




• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled presentation and sound judgment, including an ability to remain calm under pressure
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and confidence working with practice management systems
• A positive continuous improvement attitude and collaboration focus
