Various Shifts, casual with view to permanent

Key Responsibilities:

· Assessments,



care planning and documentation.

· Person centred care

· Provide clinical governance to care assistants

. Lead care team to provide care and services for residents

. Complex nursing procedures and medication management

Successful candidates will have:

· A current AHPRA registration

· Demonstrate good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
