About the Role

As a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator, you'll play an important role in creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting the development and wellbeing of children in our care.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and implementing engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

- Contributing to educational programming, observations and documentation

- Creating safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments

- Building solid, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

- Supporting children's individual needs, interests and development

- Maintaining high standards of care, supervision and regulatory compliance

- Collaborating with educators and the leadership team to continuously improve practice

- Demonstrating initiative, professionalism and accountability in your daily responsibilities

What We're Looking For

We're seeking educators who are confident in their abilities,



passionate about early childhood education and take pride in the quality of care they provide.

To be successful, you'll need:

- A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent

- Previous experience working in a long day care setting

- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

- Current Working With Children Check

- Current First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain

- Confidence in educational programming, observations and documentation

- Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills

- A proactive, reliable and professional approach

- A genuine commitment to providing high-quality education and care

Experience in room leadership, mentoring other educators or contributing to quality improvement initiatives will be highly regarded.
