Are you a recruiter who loves picking up the phone, building relationships and finding the right people to keep projects moving?

TCB Recruitment is working with two established engineering businesses seeking experienced Blue Collar Recruiters to join their respective teams.

We have two fantastic opportunities available:

OPPORTUNITY 1 – INTERNAL RECRUITER | PERMANENT

? Ascot

- Salary of $100,000–$110,000 + super, depending on experience.

- Permanent, full-time opportunity.

- 40-hour working week.

- Flexible start times, coordinating around office coverage between 7:30am and 4:30pm.

- Onsite parking.

- Primarily office-based, with flexibility to work from home when needed.

Salary guide:

- $100K - $110K + super dependent on experience

OPPORTUNITY 2 – BLUE COLLAR RECRUITER | ONGOING TEMP

? Applecross

- Ongoing temporary assignment.

- Immediate opportunity for an experienced recruiter.

- 40-hour working week.

- Office-based environment.

- Chance to work within an established engineering business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Across both opportunities, you'll be responsible for:

- Managing end-to-end blue collar recruitment.

- Proactively sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.





- Building strong relationships with Project Managers and Construction Managers.

- Managing candidate pipelines and recruitment priorities.

- Coordinating interviews, offers and onboarding.

- Supporting operational and project workforce requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum three years' experience in agency or internal recruitment.

- Blue collar recruitment experience, ideally within engineering, construction, mining or resources.

- Confidence and initiative in engaging candidates and stakeholders over the phone.

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

- A proactive, hands-on approach and strong work ethic.

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
