This is not hospitality. It’s high level cabinetry sales and design with real ownership, premium clients, and the opportunity to grow into a role with lasting impact.

At Alluring Kitchens, we specialise in bespoke kitchen design and cabinetry. With a current showroom and manufacturing facility now open in Findon, we’re offering a rare opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a newly created role working directly alongside the business owner.

What problems are you here to solve?

- Overwhelm and confusion from too many options or no clear guidance
You simplify the process with expert, one-on-one consultation and personalized design.

- Inconsistent or unreliable trades and project timelines
You offer a fully managed experience — from design to install — that keeps everything on track.

- Generic designs that don’t reflect how people actually use their space
You ask better questions, listen closely, and deliver layouts tailored to real lifestyles.

- Cheap, rushed builds that fall apart quickly
You focus on quality, materials, and craftsmanship not volume.

- Unclear communication or handovers between sales, design, and install
You have quoting, drafting, and production teams aligned under one roof, ensuring consistency.





What’s expected of you:

- Consult with clients in home and in our showroom

- Take accurate site measurements and prepare cabinetry take-offs

- Offer creative solutions that are tailored, not templated

- Use Mozaik or brief the in-house drafting team to bring designs to life

- Work with quoting and production teams to ensure a seamless handover

- Own your projects from initial consult through to completion

- Think ahead, problem solve, and represent the brand with pride

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in kitchen, cabinetry, or joinery sales

- Strong confidence in site measuring and reading plans

- Experience with Mozaik can be a bonus, but where excited to be delivering our onsite sales system and planning structure.

- Cabinet making or technical design background is highly valued

- Reliable, polished, and naturally client focused

- Must have full Australian work rights and a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
