4 Life Physiotherapy is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our established and growing multidisciplinary team in Mandurah.

We are particularly interested in someone with an interest in NDIS, neurological rehabilitation and disability-based physiotherapy, although we are equally open to an experienced clinician who would prefer a mixed caseload incorporating NDIS, neurological, disability and musculoskeletal patients.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to take on an established caseload while contributing to the continued growth of our physiotherapy services.

Depending on your interests and experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Managing an established caseload of NDIS participants and disability-related clients.

- Providing neurological rehabilitation and functional mobility interventions.

- Working with clients to improve independence, mobility, strength, balance and participation in everyday activities.

- Managing musculoskeletal and orthopaedic patients as part of a mixed caseload, if preferred.

- Completing assessments, developing treatment plans and preparing NDIS reports.

- Working collaboratively with support coordinators, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists and other healthcare professionals.

- Contributing to the development of clinical resources and service delivery.

- Providing clinical guidance, mentoring and support to junior physiotherapists and other team members.

Based in Mandurah, we are conveniently located close to public transport and just minutes from the beaches and estuary.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist who is confident in their clinical abilities, enjoys working autonomously and values being part of a collaborative team.

Essential:

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).

- Current AHPRA registration.

- Demonstrated clinical experience as a Physiotherapist.

- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- A genuine commitment to delivering quality, patient-centred care.

Highly Regarded:

- Previous experience working with NDIS participants and within the NDIS framework.

- Experience in neurological rehabilitation and disability-based physiotherapy.

- Experience completing NDIS assessments, progress reports and functional capacity recommendations.

- Experience supporting clients with complex needs.

- Previous mentoring, supervision or clinical leadership experience.

We are particularly interested in hearing from clinicians with NDIS experience, but we also welcome applications from experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapists who are interested in expanding into disability and NDIS services.
