Poolwerx Wynnum Manly is growing, and we're looking for multiple skilled retail staff to join our team on a full time / part-time / casual basis at our Manly West location in QLD 4179.

As an experienced Retail Staff member, here’s what you’ll achieve:

- Exceptional Customer Service – Welcome customers, understand their needs, provide helpful advice and create a positive experience that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.

- Sales and Product Knowledge – Develop a strong understanding of pool chemicals, equipment and accessories, confidently recommend suitable products and identify opportunities to increase sales and add value for customers.

- Store Presentation and Daily Operations – Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented store, ensure shelves are stocked, pricing is accurate and products are displayed professionally.

- Initiative and Accountability – Take ownership of daily responsibilities, work proactively without constant direction, identify tasks that need attention and follow through on commitments.

- Teamwork, Flexibility and Leadership – Work collaboratively, communicate effectively, support colleagues and demonstrate flexibility across different tasks. Take responsibility, lead by example and contribute positively to the overall success of the team.
