About The Role

The Brisbane Hotel is entering an exciting new chapter, and we’re looking for passionate and motivated people to join our growing kitchen team.

This is a excellent opportunity to join an iconic Perth pub as we prepare for its next era, working alongside an experienced and supportive team to deliver a quality food offering in a busy, energetic environment.

We’re looking for enthusiastic kitchen team members across a range of roles and experience levels, with both full-time and casual opportunities available. Whether you're an experienced chef, a cook looking to develop your skills or someone with a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and cooking to a consistently high standard

- Support the smooth operation of kitchen service

- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team

- Maintain excellent standards of food quality, presentation and consistency

- Assist with kitchen preparation, service and general organisation

- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and WHS

- Keep kitchen areas clean, organised and well maintained

- Contribute to a positive, professional and team-focused kitchen culture

- Take pride in your work and support your team during busy service periods

About you

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is advantageous but not essential for all roles

- A genuine passion for food and hospitality





- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Pride in your work and attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment

- Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure

- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in

- Eagerness to learn, develop and grow within a great team
