About the role

Skyview Motors Pty Ltd is seeking a Dealership Administrator to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, QLD. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our dealership. As Dealership Administrator, you will be the organisational backbone of our business, ensuring smooth administrative processes, supporting our sales and service teams, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This role is essential to our success, providing the administrative infrastructure that allows our dealership to operate efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls and documentation

- Maintaining accurate and organised filing systems for customer records, vehicle documentation and dealership records

- Coordinating and scheduling appointments for customers visiting the showroom or service department

- Preparing and processing administrative documentation, including invoices, quotes and delivery paperwork

- Supporting the sales team with data entry, customer follow-ups and administrative tasks

- Liaising with service department staff to coordinate vehicle servicing and customer communications

- Managing reception duties, including greeting customers and directing enquiries appropriately

- Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ordering as required

- Assisting with general dealership administration and special projects as needed

- Ensuring compliance with dealership policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Automotive or dealership administration experience highly regarded

- Knowledge of vehicle registrations, transfers, and sales documentation advantageous





- Queensland registration experience desirable

- QT Accreditation preferred (training provided)

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- High attention to detail and accuracy
