Active Rehab Physiotherapy is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced and passionate Massage Therapist, who is HICAPS-registered (or eligible), to join our thriving private practice in Dee Why.

This Contractor / Part-time role is perfect for therapists who want a steady, reliable flow of clients, autonomy, and the opportunity to work closely within a multidisciplinary setting alongside experienced physiotherapists.

Our Dee Why clinic operates inside a busy medical centre, giving you exposure to a consistent and diverse client base. You will enjoy professional support, a friendly clinical environment, and a high-demand area ready for you to build a long-term caseload.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality massage therapy to clients, tailoring treatments to individual needs and goals. We welcome specialists in pregnancy, deep tissue, or relaxation massage.

- Collaborate closely with our physiotherapists to ensure seamless, integrated care for clients' recovery and rehabilitation

- Educate clients on the perks of massage therapy and how it can support their overall health and wellness

- Maintain detailed client records and documentation in line with professional standards

- Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety in our clinic

- Actively contribute to the positive growth, client-focused environment and team success

Flexible work hours are available, including weekday evenings; optional but preferred weekend shifts

What We're Looking For

- Formal qualifications in massage therapy, such as a Diploma of Remedial Massage (HLT52015 or HLT52021) or equivalent.

- Membership with a HICAPS-recognised association (e.g. AMT, MMA, ANTA, ATMS, AAMT)

- HICAPS provider registration (or eligibility)

- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, ideally within a physiotherapy or sports medicine setting





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

- Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

- Deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, and the therapeutic benefits of massage

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering exceptional client care

- Professional indemnity insurance and current First Aid/CPR certification
