Westoz Tools & Mining Supplies is proudly independently owned and has been trading since 2008. Over the years, we have built a leading eCommerce platform alongside a busy retail store in Osborne Park, with a second location recently opened in Landsdale to support our growing customer base and importing division.

We take pride in supplying high-quality tools and equipment from trusted brands including Milwaukee, Makita, and DeWalt, supported by competitive pricing and friendly, prompt customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting chance for a motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys a hands-on retail environment and contributing to business growth. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys sales, working with customers and being part of a team where everyone pitches in.

Working closely with the Managing Director and the rest of our team, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, develop strong customer relationships and contribute directly to the ongoing growth of the business.

As part of our continued expansion, the role will involve flexibility to work across our Osborne Park and Landsdale locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in-store, online, and phone customers with product and technical enquiries

- Accurately identify and recommend the right products and solutions for customer needs





- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service

- Assist with receiving deliveries, picking and packing orders, stock replenishment and general warehouse duties.

- Support the day-to-day operations of both retail and warehouse areas.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

- Previous experience in retail sales (preferred)

- A positive, can-do attitude with a drive to succeed

- A practical, hands-on approach and the flexibility to take on a variety of tasks

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily

- A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously

- Solid computer skills

- A current forklift licence (preferred)
