About us
A2Z Labour Hire is a Melbourne-based provider of container unloading and warehouse crews. We’re a licensed Victorian labour hire provider supplying reliable teams to warehouses and distribution centres across Melbourne.

The role
We’re looking for hard-working container unloaders to join our crews. You’ll be:

- Hand-unpacking 20ft and 40ft containers (loose-loaded cartons)

- Operating a forklift to move pallets (licensed workers only)

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in manual container unloading

- Good physical fitness, as the work is heavy and fast-paced

- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety instructions

- Your own transport to get to sites

- Full Australian working rights

- A forklift licence (LF) is a bonus, not essential

What we offer

- Competitive hourly pay rates, with higher rates for forklift-licensed workers

- Regular shifts with consistent work

- A supportive crew setting
