St Mary's Primary School is situated in the Lockyer Valley 75 kms west of Brisbane and offers families a co-educational pathway to life-long learning. The beautiful township of Laidley boasts superb heritage buildings, a range of cafes and historical pubs. Summary

- Location: St Mary's Primary School, Laidley

In this position you will be responsible for:

- Creating a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner-centred, supportive, cooperative,



and aligned with relevant curriculum policies, documents and practices
- Collaboratively developing and implementing quality curriculum programs and appropriate pedagogy; evaluating their effectiveness; assessing and reporting student progress and learning outcomes; and reporting these to students, parents and the community
- Working collaboratively with the leadership team, teachers and other staff members in contributing to the skilled life of the school and fostering a positive school culture
- Proactively engaging with professional learning to enhance student learning outcomes
- Establishing positive relationships in the pastoral care of students and supporting their spiritual and moral development
- Ensure that the teachings and values of the Catholic Church form a foundation for learning and teaching.
