Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Capability and Change, you will partner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, embed organisation-wide frameworks and support current ways of working. The roles are full-time, two-year fixed-term positions with hybrid working arrangements and a forward-looking, supportive culture.
