This senior leadership role oversees student wellbeing, pastoral care, boarding operations and family engagement at a 24/7 residential campus. Live-in responsibilities are integral to fostering a safe, supportive workplace where students thrive academically and personally. The role reports to the Head of Campus and focuses on strategic leadership, safeguarding, staff development and community partnerships.
