About the role
Join Origin's LPG Operations & Field Services team as a Terminal Manager, based at Bulwer Island, Brisbane, overseeing two LPG terminals. We're looking for an experienced operational leader who understands what it takes to run a busy industrial site, manage frontline teams and keep daily operations running safely and efficiently. Reporting to the Customer Solutions & Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of both terminals, leading a team of terminal operators and ensuring operations meet safety, compliance and performance requirements. This is a hands-on operational leadership role where you'll be involved in managing people, overseeing site activities, coordinating maintenance and ensuring the terminals continue to operate smoothly. • Lead, coach and develop a team of terminal operators, creating a strong safety and team culture.
• Oversee daily terminal operations, ensuring activities run safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Ensure both terminals meet safety procedures,



regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Coordinate site maintenance, equipment reliability and contractor activities to minimise operational disruptions.
• Manage operational costs, resources and site performance to support reliable LPG supply.
• Work closely with Logistics, Scheduling and other teams to resolve operational issues and improve performance. What will you bring?
• Proven experience managing the day-to-day operations of an industrial site, terminal, plant or similar facility.
• Around five years' experience leading frontline operational teams in a safety-focused environment.
• Experience in LPG, gas, petrochemicals, fuel storage, manufacturing or similar industrial operations.
• A strong understanding of workplace safety, operational procedures and regulatory compliance, ideally within a Major Hazard Facility environment.
• Experience coordinating site maintenance, contractors, operational budgets and resources.
• Strong people leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage daily operational challenges. A relevant trade or tertiary qualification would be advantageous. So, why join us?
