We currently have an exceptional opportunity for talented and enthusiastic Junior Engineer to join our NOC team. You will have the opportunity to combine professional and technical learning, on-the job training alongside ongoing mentoring whilst working on real-world, innovative projects. In this role, you will:
• Apply creativity and resourcefulness to resolving problems that arise from engineering and support tasks and apply concepts and strategies that may require non-traditional methods to achieve overall results.
• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support a safety-first approach to every aspect of service delivery.
• Assist with the first response or support the resolution for all new and urgent works as required.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating technical risk, escalating high risk items to senior team members and management.




• Learn to accurately document support and maintenance records and ensure they are kept up to date. Skills &

Experience:
• Electrical Engineering degree with 1-2 years post graduate experience.
• Demonstrate some knowledge of PLC, SCADA and HMI systems.
• Previous experience with Siemens, Ignition, and FactoryTalk is highly desireable.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Be highly motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and resourceful with a strong work ethic.
• Have a strong desire and interest to work within the automation industry.
• Able to embrace challenges and think on your feet in order to resolve problems.
