Purpose Provide strategic and operational legal support across the Accor Apartments & Realty business, with a primary focus on property, asset management, development and real estate matters. Partner closely with business leaders to manage legal risk, ensure regulatory compliance, support commercial objectives and deliver practical, solutions-focused advice that enables business growth across the Pacific region. Primary Responsibilities
• Provide timely legal advice on property, real estate, leasing, development and asset management matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and property-related agreements.
• Support acquisitions, disposals, developments and other strategic property initiatives.
• Identify, manage and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical legal solutions aligned with commercial outcomes. Skills and Experience
• Admitted legal practitioner with a Bachelor of Laws and a current practising certificate.
• Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience gained within private practice or in-house environments.




• Solid expertise in property law, real estate transactions, leasing and asset management matters.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and provide commercially focused legal advice.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication and relationship management skills across diverse stakeholder groups. Accor Benefits
