Recruitment Labs is seeking a technically strong Financial Accountant to own end-to-end accounting for a Recent Zealand real estate portfolio in Sydney. You will handle month-end close, consolidation, NZ tax workbooks and audit coordination for six entities.
The role requires CA/CPA qualification (or near completion) and at least three years of hands-on experience in financial accounting within property, funds or asset management. On-site five days a week with a tight-knit team.
