Major Projects Management is a Melbourne-based builder delivering quality residential projects across Victoria. We’re starting a new multi-site project in Portland and Heywood and are looking for a hands‑on Site Supervisor to join our team.
The role
You’ll oversee construction of single-storey dual-occupancy dwellings across sites in Portland and Heywood. Your responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day supervision of site activities and subcontractors
- Coordinating trades, deliveries and inspections to keep the program on track
- Monitoring quality and workmanship
- Maintaining secure, clean and well‑organised sites, including hands‑on tidying and general site tasks when needed
- Regular reporting to the project manager
About you
- Hands‑on experience in residential construction,
ideally in a supervisory or leading‑hand role
- Energetic, motivated and reliable, with a positive attitude
- Good communication skills with trades, suppliers and the office team
- Living locally in the Portland/Heywood area, or willing to relocate
- White card (construction induction)
- Own reliable vehicle and mobile phone
- Able to work independently across multiple sites
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction
What’s on offer
$105,000–$120,000 + super, depending on experience
6-month contract starting early next year
Potential for a longer-term role or full‑time employment
