• Approx. 10–15 hours/week About TLGTenant Leasing Group (TLG) is an independent commercial property advisory business specialising in tenant representation across retail, large-format retail, office and industrial property. We guide clients through property searches, negotiations and leasing transactions. The OpportunityWe are seeking a senior, hands-on commercial property professional to independently manage leasing documentation and transaction progression from agreed Heads of Agreement through to lease execution. You will work directly with TLG’s Managing Director and leasing team, coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables and ensuring documentation reflects agreed commercial terms. This is not a junior administrative role.

Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of the documentation process from agreed Heads of Agreement to executed lease.
• Review draft lease documentation against agreed commercial terms and identify discrepancies.
• Liaise with landlords, agents, solicitors and clients to progress outstanding matters.
• Coordinate lease negotiation workflows and escalate legal or commercial issues for professional advice or principal approval.
• Maintain accurate transaction trackers, critical dates and documentation records.
• Coordinate execution requirements,



bank guarantees and other lease deliverables.
• Follow up proactively, remove bottlenecks and provide concise progress updates. Experience and Attributes
• Substantial commercial property leasing or documentation experience; ideally 10+ years.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial lease documentation independently.
• Sound understanding of Heads of Agreement, commercial lease structures and execution processes.
• Experience in a landlord, tenant, advisory or commercial property legal setting.
• Excellent attention to detail, stakeholder communication and deadline management.
• Sound judgment about when to escalate commercial or legal matters. Working ArrangementsPart-time independent contractor engagement, initially approximately 10–15 hours per week, with flexible remote/hybrid arrangements. Hours and engagement terms to be agreed. What Success Looks LikeTransactions move efficiently and accurately from agreed terms to signed leases, with clear ownership, reliable reporting and minimal day-to-day follow-up required from TLG’s Managing Director.
